minggu lalu saya menfasilitasi keluhan seorang karyawan mengenai pelayanan kesehatan. maka sebagai seorang ibu pengayom segenap karyawan, hihihi, saya sabar mendengarkan si bapak menjelaskan a sampai z dalam kalimat-kalimat yang membuat saya ingat blog saya, sama ruwetnya sodara-sodara :p

kok jadi ngebayangin mbak-mbak customer service cantik berstoking dan rok mini yang sabar dengerin keluhan yang belum tentu seratus persen bener adanya.

gimana ngga? menurut saya pelayanan kesehatan ditempat saya kerja udah keren abislah, semua ditanggung, pokoknya kecuali sakit sejenis kanker, kita ngga perlu payah-payah ngeluarin duit kalo sakit termasuk mau berapa lama juga nginep di rumah sakit (emang ada yang mau nginep lama? :D). tapi kenapa ya tetep aja ada yang ngeluh belum lagi ini kasus sedikit melanggar prosedur. hedek ngga sih?

tapi op cors saya ngga boleh terlihat bete di depan karyawan. maka saya dengan sabar menjelaskan prosedur dan ini itu yang lain, yang logikanya setiap karyawan juga musti ngerti kan itu hak mereka. well ternyata ada sedikit kesalahpahaman antara si bapak dan salah satu staff provider layanan kesehatan kami. ngga heranlah yang satu panik anaknya sakit, yang satunya panik menghandle orang panik hihihi...

to make the story short maka saya mengadakan rapat dengan provider layanan kesehatan kami. hihihihi dokter yang datang meeting ganteng banget *gubrak!* eh ayo ayo fokus! akhirnya disepakati untuk menghubungi rumah sakit pemerintah dimana anak karyawan kami itu dirawat. rumah sakit pemerintah itu jaraknya jauh amat dari sini sekitar 3 hours drive.

kita udah pada ngebayangin aja ribetnya ngubungin rumah sakit pemerintah. sekali lagi rumah sakit pemerintah. didaerah pulak! belum lagi musti nanya tentang tetek bengek selama pasien dirawat yang notabene udah minggu lalu. duh duh duh.

eh tau tidak, cuman dengan satu kali telepon menjelaskan permasalahan yang ada dan data yang kami perlukan besoknya kami sudah menerima surat penjelasan dari rumah sakit itu. masalah selesai.

alakazam.

jangan-jangan banyak masalah ada karena kita udah kadung apriori ama apa-apa yang ada hubungannya ama pemerintah? yang berkonotasi daerah? jangan-jangan ...

kok enak banget birokrasi pemerintah di situ? Di sini berbelit-belit. Kadang proyek nggak pake persekot dulu. Udah gitu bayar bisa telat. Dana bantuan gempa Bantul aja belon beres. Salut buat pemerintah Bali

jangan-jangan ada yang memanfaatkan apriori masyarakat terhadap layanan public di negeri ini .... :D
eh banyak dink contohnya ...
misal pelayanan passport di imigrasi sekarang udah nyaman dan gak perlu calo... tapi toh banyak aja yang masih cari2 calo ....

My argument is actually that cocoa is bitter, and peanuts are not, and chocolate is a stimulant,whereas peanuts are not. Bitter and Sour flavours are associate with yang (in Wu Xing theory, or as the semi literate refer to it, Five Elements theory). Though I began with the commercial products, in all of their highly processed forms, I quickly retreated from that, because the processed forms do not offer answers as shown by the arguments against my explanation. Their is an extensive range of materials that can be considered peanut butter and chocolate , though in this situation we are dealing with the most modified of commercial products, as this question would not be asked unless their is an association, and the association usually presented is the commercial one of peanut butter cups . However, to ascertain a less biased answer, I actually took it back to base ingredients, since the commercial products are both sweet , and therefore neither yin nor yang. Colour had nothing to do with my reasoning. More evidence of the correlations: peanuts are used as bar food, whereas chocolate is not. Drunkeness is a state of unbalanced yang, induced by the input of additional yang energies. Peanuts are there to counter this, bringing one closer to a state of harmony, and therefore yin.The assoication of chocolate with females is actually counterproductive to the claim that it is yin. The natural ideal state is to be in a state of balance. Females have a greater tie to chocolate, but the evidence is that is the case because it is somewhat of a male replacement (it causes the release of similar hormones etc). Much like the peanuts countering the excess forces of yang that is drunkeness, the limitless yin of the female is offset by chocolate by bringing them closer to harmonious balance. Ergo, chocolate must be yang to achieve such a state of balance. One could also argue that what we are dealing with are a type of chocolate (one modified by a filling), rather than a type of peanut butter (which has been modified by another ingredient). This puts the peanut butter in a subordinate position to the chocolate in this situation. Since chocolate is dominant (one eats peanut butter and chocolate together when one is looking to eat chocolate, not when one is looking to eat peanut butter), it must be yang in this situation.
