setelah berpening-pening ria dan bersibuk-sibuk hingga menghilang dari dunia persilatan (hihihi..) i am back. one of my staff got ill for almost a month now. sesuatu yang bikin sungguh pening karena juli bukan bulan yang sungguh menyenangkan bagi para pendekar human resources, ada banyak sekali yang musti dikerjakan ditengah tahun. eh tapi saya senang kok, ngeluh dikit dink :D, karena his absence has opened lots of learning curves for me.
gimana ga, kerjaan tiba-tiba berlipat ganda, termasuk pekerjaan yang selama ini tidak pernah saya kerjakan sendiri. i surprised myself, ditengah stres saya menjadi sangat produktif dan belajar dengan cepat. ya udah enough menyombongkan diri, sekarang balik ke sibuk-sibuk lagi :p

oh by the way, selain sebagai anger management outlet, (new) shoes are surely fantastic highlight of ... any given day!
