i read this in my bikram yoga class; life is full of setbacks. and success is determined by how you handle those setbacks.
i faced mine last week. started when a guy decided to lie to his wife to be, followed by her lying to him and herself and last but not the least, the one that i wish hadn't happened, the fact that i did not allow myself to be happy.
