tactical cooking plan!
hahahaha ..
yeah! cooking plan! my cooking preparation includes sitting down, jotting down the recipes of the meals i am going to cook and step-by-step plan as what to do first, what is next. especially if i am cooking more than 2-3 meals at the same time.
i will need to think logically, if say, if i need to lightly fry the tofu while i am preparing the spice paste, or if i need to braise the meat and put away the already boiled egg for later use.
no, cooking does not come naturally to me. it requires lots of thinking for tactical planning!
i never cook before, not when my mother was still around. she was a very good cook! sadly, i never took the time to learn from her. anyway, couple of years ago, i started to collect recipe books, not because i want to cook but because i love those cooking books with beautiful pictures!
well, i have been trying some of the recipes and strangely, i am pretty good at preparing meals by the book! that's when i start to enjoy cooking.
.. i still do not cook very often though as there is no need to do so (yet!) hence i cannot cook naturally like mothers who cook regularly, who seems to know what to do each and every step in preparing any kind of meals!
me? me cannot! not without the tactical planning! hiihihihihi ...

Booook.... ijk sedang ada di Phnom Penh deh nih. Jij ada di manah???? Sampe minggu pagi di sini yak. Kapankah kita bisa bersua (kalo mungkin). Cis kalimat gw kenapa begitu yak. Pasti gara-gara tadi siang makan tempe di resto endonesah hihihihi..
