smiling face in bayon

before i came to work here in siem reap, cambodia, i only knew about angkor wat and the temple in which angeline jolie's tomb rider movie was filmed. until i came and found out that siem reap has so many temples!
on my first week here in this lovely town, i managed to go on a temple tour visiting angkor wat, bayon, angkor thom and bakheng temple. it took me no less than eight hours under the heat!
one thing that really amazed me was the faces in bayon temple. all those ginormous stones were finely and intricately carved into faces with different expressions!
being me, i love the smiling ones. i could not help but smiling back at those amazing faces! wait till you get here and visit bayon! see if you smile back at them!
